Role Summary : To accelerate the growth of the company by developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies that increase leads, sales, and brand awareness.
Key Deliverables :
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to acquire and retain clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey analysis.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with relevant industry players, influencers, and organizations.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to drive mutual business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth hacking and partnership development.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and pitches for partnership opportunities.
Key Competencies :
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in growth hacking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for experimenting with new growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in partnership management or sales
