About the Job:
BHIVE is looking for a reliable Process Excellence Manager, who will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing operational processes for our co-working spaces. Individual will be responsible for studying the current organizational structure, identifying gaps, and designing and implementing efficient processes from the ground up. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving collaboration across teams in our fast-paced and dynamic environment. As we continue to grow, we recognize the need to streamline and optimize our operations. To achieve this, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Excellence Manager to head the Business Excellence department.
1. Process Design and Implementation:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current workflows and operational practices across all 20 centers.
- Design, document, and implement standardized processes to optimize efficiency and enhance overall operational performance.
- Develop clear process maps, guidelines, and documentation for all key operational workflows.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with teams across different departments and centers.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for process improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and operational processes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Establish a system for monitoring and measuring process performance.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and reports on process improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Training and Implementation Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the successful adoption of new processes.
- Work closely with teams during the implementation phase, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition.
- Change Management:
- Effectively manage change by anticipating potential resistance and developing strategies to overcome it.
- Communicate changes transparently and proactively to all stakeholders.
Key Competencies and skills:
- Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations management as a Lead.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Change management expertise and the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with co-working space industry trends and practices is a plus.
Minimum qualifications/ Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business/ Operations Management, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) and Business Process Management (BPM) Training would be an added advantage. Training in Kaizen methodologies would be a plus.
