The Center Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our coworking centers. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising a team of support staff and delivering exceptional service to our members. The Center Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere within the center and ensuring that all member needs are met.
The Center Supervisor is a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our coworking members. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused individual with a passion for creating a welcoming and productive environment within the center.

- Supervise and lead a team of center staff, including receptionists, maintenance personnel and cleaning staff to ensure that they are meeting customer needs and maintaining the facility to a high standard
- Assist with daily operations, including meeting room bookings, member inquiries, and space maintenance
- Maintain records of center occupancy, member profiles, and maintenance activities.
- Support the Center Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, reporting, managing events and activities within the center to foster a sense of community among members.
- Ensure that members have a seamless experience, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support.
- Ensure that the space is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a BHIVE center, including opening and closing procedures and coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage the center’s budget, including tracking expenses, purchasing supplies and ensuring profitability
- Conduct tours of the center for potential new members and follow up on leads to increase membership
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the center is competitive and meeting member needs
Key Competencies and Skills:
- 12th pass, ITI or a diploma in a related field.
- Previous experience in coworking, hospitality or facility management is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work longer hours as per business needs
