Senior Manager – Business Systems & Process Automation (Implementation & Process Automation) 

Job Summary: The Senior Manager will translate business needs into functional workflows, lead hands-on implementation of Zoho ERP and related applications, and drive automation across Finance, Sales, Projects, and Procurement. This is a tactical, execution-heavy role focused on bridging business process gaps, managing vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of system improvements. 

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Implementation & Process Automation: 

  • Own hands-on configuration and implementation of Zoho ERP and related modules. 
  • Define workflows, data models, and test cases; manage BRD creation, UAT, and user adoption. 
  • Build reusable automation components for lead routing, fitment, renewals, and approvals.

2. Integration & Data Management: 

  • Maintain integration inventory (APIs, middleware, and data synchronization). 
  • Work with internal tech teams and vendors to ensure stable interfaces across platforms. 
  • Support the creation of dashboards, KPI tracking, and business intelligence workflows.

3. Operational Reliability: 

  • Manage Tier-1 application support and escalation workflows. 
  • Track SLAs, uptime, and vendor compliance. 
  • Support cybersecurity hygiene, patching, and user access protocols.

4. Collaboration & Training: 

  • Conduct training and documentation for end-users across departments. 
  • Coordinate UAT and change management during rollout phases. 
  • Support the Head in aligning implementation with architectural standards. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • • 10–14 years in ERP/CRM implementation and business process automation. 
  • Hands-on expertise with Zoho Suite, HubSpot, Exotel, Jira, Confluence, Zapier/API integrations. 
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture and cybersecurity principles. 
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. 
  • PMP / ITIL / Zoho Certified Professional preferred. 
  • Good understanding of enterprise technology architecture and cyber security.
