Key roles and Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations Strategy & Culture Development
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with the company’s growth and IPO readiness.
- Foster a culture of transparency, fairness, and open communication across teams.
- Design and promote initiatives to improve workplace morale, engagement, and retention.
- Support leadership in driving a high-performance work environment.
2. Conflict Resolution & Workplace Mediation
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct investigations into workplace conflicts, discrimination, or harassment complaints while ensuring confidentiality.
- Mediate disputes between employees, managers, and teams to maintain a productive work environment.
- Recommend corrective actions and resolution plans in compliance with labor laws.
3. Employee Engagement & Retention Programs
- Conduct engagement surveys and analyze data to enhance employee experience.
- Partner with HR teams to design and implement retention strategies that minimize turnover.
- Support career development, mentorship, and leadership programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Organize employee feedback forums to foster trust and encourage honest conversations.
4. Investigations, Disciplinary Actions & Risk Mitigation
- Conduct internal investigations regarding workplace misconduct, fraud, discrimination, or harassment.
- Work with HR and legal teams to determine disciplinary actions, terminations, or corrective actions.
- Ensure all investigations and disciplinary actions are well-documented and compliant with IPO governance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on workplace policies.
5. HR Policy Development & Communication
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and implementing HR policies that support rapid scaling and IPO goals.
- Ensure that employee handbooks, code of conduct, and workplace guidelines are clearly defined.
- Develop awareness programs on workplace ethics, compliance, and anti-harassment policies.
- Educate managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
7. Reporting for IPO Compliance
- Prepare regular reports on employee sentiment, workplace conflicts, and policy effectiveness for leadership.
- Maintain documentation on all investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution cases in line with IPO due diligence requirements.
Use data-driven insights to propose improvements in employee relations policies.
