Key Roles and Responsibilities –
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage employee benefits programs effectively. - Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations. Maintain accurate records, ensure timely execution of processes,
and meet all deadlines for return filings. - Operational Management: Streamline and manage HR operational processes, including attendance, leave management, and HR system updates.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, adhering to guidelines while managing all related system updates and documentation.
- Labor Law Expertise: Stay informed about local and state labor laws, providing guidance to the organization to ensure full compliance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analytics for actionable insights to enhance payroll, compliance, and operational processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in payroll, operations, and compliance processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and
employee satisfaction. - Employee Data Management: Maintain up-to-date employee data across HR systems and trackers, ensuring accurate records for operational and compliance purposes.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–9 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and compliance, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to handle complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
