Role Summary:
As an Offline Marketing Specialist at Bhive Workspace, you will be responsible for developing and executing offline marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive footfall to coworking spaces, and generate leads. You will focus on traditional marketing channels such as events, print media, outdoor advertising, and partnerships to create impactful campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and marketing effectiveness across all offline touchpoints.
Key Deliverables:
- Fully responsible for the advertisement of a product done via offline channels like television commercials, radio ads, billboards/Hoardings, newspapers, flyers, etc.
- Managing ATL/BTL activities
- Assuring all center marketing collaterals such as printing, logo execution, center branding and execution done properly
- Managing all events
- Managing any offline campaign through the media mentioned above
- Working closely with different stakeholder within BHIVE team to engage and develop relevant activity
- Work closely with the design team & content team for any internal marketing materials
Qualifications:
Computer Skills:
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Excellent in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Kannada would be an added advantage.
- Experience And Background:
- 3-5 years of experience in Manage Offline marketing activities (Events, Exhibitions, Activations, News Papers, Magazines, Billboards, Radio, T.V, Printed materials…etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, master’s in business administration, event management, or a relevant field
