We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Intern to support BHIVE’s Sales department. This is
an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain practical experience in sales, client interaction, and
business development while contributing to the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
• Assist in identifying and sourcing new leads through research, cold calling, and
email campaigns.
• Support in maintaining a database of potential clients and tracking outreach
activities.
Client Relationship Management
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present
tailored solutions.
• Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing
excellent service.
Sales Support
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing
materials.
• Help manage and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads,
prospects, and clients.Market Research & Insights
• Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business
opportunities.
• Provide insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Collaboration
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales
initiatives and campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or
related fields.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
