Role Summary : Team Lead – Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing a team of HR professionals in the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the HR department functions efficiently and provides exceptional support to the organization and its employees.
Key Deliverables :
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and guide HR team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide feedback.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and selection.
- Develop and maintain effective onboarding programs for new employees.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal processes and ensure they are consistent and fair.
- Work with managers to address performance issues and provide coaching.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Policy and Procedure Development:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
- Communicate policy changes to employees.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefit programs and manage open enrollment.
- Resolve benefit-related inquiries and issues.
HR Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
- Use data to make informed decisions and improvements.
Compliance and Legal:
- Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance.
- Assist in investigations and legal matters related to HR.
HR Systems and Technology:
- Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy.
