Role: Team Lead – Human Resources

Experience Range:  7+ years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Role Summary : Team Lead – Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing a team of HR professionals in the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the HR department functions efficiently and provides exceptional support to the organization and its employees. 

Key Deliverables : 

Team Leadership: 

  • Supervise, mentor, and guide HR team members. 
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. 
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide feedback. 

Recruitment and Onboarding: 

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and selection. 
  • Develop and maintain effective onboarding programs for new employees. 

Performance Management: 

  • Implement performance appraisal processes and ensure they are consistent and fair. 
  • Work with managers to address performance issues and provide coaching. 

Employee Relations: 

  • Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 

Policy and Procedure Development: 

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. 
  • Communicate policy changes to employees. 

Training and Development: 

  • Identify training needs within the organization. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs. 

Benefits Administration: 

  • Administer employee benefit programs and manage open enrollment. 
  • Resolve benefit-related inquiries and issues. 

HR Reporting: 

  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports. 
  • Use data to make informed decisions and improvements. 

Compliance and Legal: 

  • Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance. 
  • Assist in investigations and legal matters related to HR. 

HR Systems and Technology: 

  • Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy. 
  • Implement and optimize HR technology solutions.
