Who is eligible to refer a candidate to BHIVE?
At BHIVE, our referral program is open to everyone in our community, including Members, Partners, Employees, Vendors, and Supporters.
When will I receive my reward?
Earn rewards after your referral is hired and completes 90 days, as per HR policy.
What is the process to refer a candidate to BHIVE?

To refer, visit bhive.careers/employee-referral

What are the eligibility requirements for a referred candidate?
Only refer candidates who are currently not serving their notice period or undergoing a Performance Improvement Plan at BHIVE.
Are there any restrictions for BHIVE employees?
Employees can refer immediate family members, subject to final approval by our HR committee.
Will there be any tax implications on my reward?
Our rewards are exciting but we remain responsible too. Any referral rewards may come with applicable taxes. But don’t worry, we will stick to the local tax reporting laws to ensure everything is as per the book.
