BHIVE Group is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager – Retail Sales to oversee and drive workspace sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a experience in inside sales, small-ticket seat sales, and exposure to day pass sales. Experience working with channel partners and familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus. A his role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage inbound leads, and coordination with channel partners to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive workspace sales, including inside sales, small-ticket offerings, and day passes.
- Collaborate with channel partners to generate new business opportunities and enhance sales outcomes.
- Design and implement campaigns tailored to retail clients, maximizing workspace occupancy.
- Lead Management:
- Attend to allocated leads in a timely manner.
- Ensure effective lead management by updating the CRM at every stage of the sales cycle.
- CRM and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
- Provide daily reports on sales activities and lead status.
- Channel Partner Coordination:
- Work closely with channel partners to generate leads and drive retail sales.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and sales opportunities.
- Client Walk-throughs:
- Conduct walk-throughs for clients at various centres.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth and informative client visits.
- Legal Compliance:
- Ensure all deals and contracts comply with relevant laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with legal teams to manage documentation and contract requirements.
- Sales Targets and Expansion:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for retail sales.
- Drive efforts for renewals and account expansion, ensuring client retention and growth.
- Knowledge of Centres:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all BHIVE centres to effectively pitch and sell to retail clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for retail sales.
- Renewals and Expansion: Maintain high client renewal rates and secure additional space deals.
- Lead Conversion: Ensure high conversion rates of inbound leads.
- Deal Closure Rate: Achieve a high closure rate and reduce sales cycle times.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in retail or inside sales, with exposure to small-ticket seat sales and day pass sales.
- Experience working with channel partners is required.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with presales teams and manage inbound leads effectively.
