Job Summary: The Senior Vice President of Business Systems & Process Automation will define and govern BHIVE’s enterprise technology architecture, overseeing integration of business applications across Sales, CRM, Projects, Procurement, and Finance. This leader will shape the overall systems strategy, manage vendor-led implementations, and ensure data integrity, process automation, and cyber security across the enterprise stack. They will serve as the strategic interface between business and technology, driving the roadmap that powers BHIVE’s growth from ₹300 Cr/p.a. toward the Mission 50 goal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Technology Strategy:
- Design and maintain BHIVE’s enterprise architecture across Zoho ERP, CRM, Projects, and Procurement systems, internal applications, and other software products.
- Establish a long-term roadmap for business systems, modernization, cybersecurity, and data governance.
- Evaluate and approve “build vs. buy” decisions; ensure vendor accountability and SLA adherence. 
 
2. Systems Governance & Program Leadership:
- Lead cross-departmental steering committees to align systems priorities with business goals.
- Define KPIs, review dashboards, and institutionalize governance using Jira/Confluence.
- Supervise implementation work handled by the Deputy and vendors, ensuring alignment to business architecture.
3. Cybersecurity & Compliance:
- Own enterprise-level cybersecurity strategy, access management, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with IT vendors to audit and upgrade security protocols.
- Oversee compliance with data protection standards and internal audit requirements.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a technology partner to CEO, COO, CFO, and departmental heads.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement cycles.
- Champion structured documentation and training across departments. 
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- 18+ years in enterprise systems design and business applications management.
- Proven record of leading ERP/CRM deployments (preferably Zoho, Dynamics).
- Deep experience in enterprise technology, architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Strong program governance, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement experience.
- MBA / PGDM or relevant master’s in technology management preferred.
