Creative Lead
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic thinker to join our team as a Creative Lead. This role requires an individual who can blend market insights with creativity to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and creative fields, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns in the real estate sector or related industries.
What you’ll do (Key deliverables)
>Lead and mentor a team of 5+ creative professionals, including graphic designers, video producers, and editors.
>Develop and communicate creative concepts, strategies, and visual identities for projects in alignment with organizational goals and client objectives.
>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
>Actively participate in project execution, contributing creative ideas, design concepts, and hands-on work approximately 20% of the time.
>Utilize relevant software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, etc., to create and edit visual content.
>Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets, overseeing the entire production process from concept development to final delivery.
> Should have hands on experience in visual conceptualisation of moodboarding and storyboarding of various marketing campaigns
>Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all creative deliverables, conducting regular reviews and revisions as necessary.
>Identify areas for improvement in creative processes, tools, and workflows, implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and video production, integrating new knowledge and techniques into the team’s work.
Minimum qualifications/ Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, etc.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent creative vision and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative projects on time and within budget.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
