As an Event Associate at Bhive Workspace, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and community-building activities within the workspace. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure all events align with Bhive’s culture and enhance the member experience. This role involves managing logistics, vendor coordination, and ensuring that events run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Deliverables:
- Event Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement event activation strategies that align with brand goals and audience engagement.
- On-ground Execution: Lead the execution of all on-site activities, ensuring flawless setup, operation, and breakdown of events.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, transportation, and equipment rentals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding throughout events.
- Audience Engagement: Create interactive experiences that connect with attendees and encourage participation.
- Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective decisions while delivering high-quality experiences.
- Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback and analyze event performance to inform future activations and improve effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in event planning and execution.
Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Must have experience in wedding planning and corporate events
