This is a key role within the CEO’s Office, designed for a dynamic individual who can handle multi-faceted responsibilities ranging from on-ground real estate operations to high-level strategic support. The Junior Executive will work directly with senior leadership to drive real estate acquisition, manage government liaisoning, and external relations and ensure project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Government Liaisoning: Lead the groundwork for liaisoning with state departments (BBMP, BDA, BESCOM etc.) and statutory bodies to secure land allotments, building approvals, NOCs, and licenses.
- External Relations: Serve as a bridge between the company and external stakeholders—landlords, vendors, and government officials, investors—to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Real Estate Sourcing and Evaluation: Actively scout and identify empty plots and potential properties for expansion, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities across target locations. Build financial modelling for each potential property and present it to management.
- Project Management: Maintain comprehensive dashboards/trackers for all government applications, real estate pipelines, and project status reports for the CEO’s review.
- Fundraising Assistance: Support the organisation’s fundraising rounds by pitching to potential investors, and organizing vital documentation required for investor presentations and queries.
Qualification & Skills
• Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Liaisoning.
Key Skills
- High agency and ability to work in a fast-paced CEO-office environment.
- Strong communication skills (Kannada fluency is highly advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- Willingness to travel locally for site and government office visits.
