Role Summary: 

The India Sales Head will be a key player in BHIVE Workspace’s growth strategy, responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations of our expansive network of office spaces, including 26+ in Bangalore and 1 in Mumbai. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, and ensuring that BHIVE Workspace maintains its leadership position in the flexible workspace industry. 

Key Deliverables: 

1. Sales Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with BHIVE’s business objectives. 
  • Set ambitious sales targets and create actionable plans to achieve and surpass them. 
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand BHIVE’s footprint. 
  • Deep commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional customer service. 

2. Team Leadership and Development: 

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals. 
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge in office leasing and improving relationship with IPCs. 
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages professional growth. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes 

3. Client Relationship Management: 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow the client base, leveraging insights from customer feedback. 

4. Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: 

  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes. 
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. 
  • Partner with the CEO’s office and finance team to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue. 

6. Reporting and Performance Analysis: 

  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the CEO and senior management. 
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives. 
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met. 

7. Negotiation and Persuasion: 

  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms 
  • Use persuasive techniques to influence decision-makers and build trust with clients and stakeholders 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with a significant focus on IPC and office leasing. 
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of building and managing successful sales teams. 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • Seeking individuals with dynamic and outgoing personalities.
