Experience Required: 15 to 18 years 

 Qualifications: Master’s degree in Marketing & Sales (preferred) 

Role Overview:   

As the India Sales Head for BHIVE Workspace, you will occupy a pivotal position, steering our national sales strategy across multiple cities and leading diverse sales teams. Your role is not just to lead but to inspire, driving growth and setting new benchmarks in the managed office space sector. Your strategic vision will be crucial in expanding our market footprint and establishing BHIVE as a leader in the managed office & commercial real estate industry across India.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

  • Oversee sales operations across various Indian cities, ensuring consistency with the company’s strategic goals.   
  • Lead, motivate, and develop multiple sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.   
  • Drive the national sales strategy, setting ambitious targets and ensuring their achievement through effective planning and execution. 

Business Development:   

  • Cultivate high-value client relationships, identifying and targeting key market segments for growth.   
  • Engage with top-tier brokers and IPCs across India, building partnerships that drive mutual success.   
  • Represent BHIVE at national and international forums, conferences, and events, elevating the brand’s presence and influence in the commercial real estate market. 

Deal Negotiation:   

  • Exhibit exceptional negotiation skills in closing deals, optimizing terms that benefit both BHIVE and its clients.   
  • Employ a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market to structure deals that align with clients’ strategic objectives. 

Market Intelligence:   

  • Harness market insights and trends to inform strategic decisions, keeping BHIVE ahead of the competitive curve.   
  • Collaborate with the research team to analyze market data, translating complex information into actionable strategies. 

Key Competencies: 

In-Depth Industry Knowledge: 

Possess an extensive understanding of the Indian commercial real estate market, with a specialization in office space leasing. Awareness of current market conditions, forecasting, and strategic planning is essential. 

C-Level Engagement: 

Demonstrated ability in engaging and negotiating with C-level executives and decision-makers across mid to large-sized Indian and multinational corporations. Adaptability in dealing with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various nationalities, is highly desirable. 

Communication Mastery: 

Exceptional communication skills are a must, with a proven ability to articulate complex deals and concepts clearly and persuasively to a varied audience, both in writing and verbally. 

Analytical Acumen: 

Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with a history of leveraging data to drive sales strategy, market positioning, and client presentations. The ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights is critical. 

Sales Excellence: 

A consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the commercial real estate domain. Should exhibit skill in expanding client portfolios and fostering revenue growth. 

Technical Proficiency: 

Skilled in the use of industry-specific software and analytical tools. Must be up-to-date with technology trends that can impact sales and marketing strategies. 

Ethical Standards: 

Unwavering commitment to ethical practices, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and corporate governance. A reputation for integrity and professionalism in all business dealings. 

Leadership Prowess: 

Proven success in leading, motivating, and managing a large, geographically diverse sales team. The ability to inspire excellence and a performance-driven culture within the team. 

Adaptability & Autonomy: 

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and independence. Must be able to swiftly adapt to new challenges and lead through change. 

Strategic Networking: 

Adept at establishing and nurturing beneficial relationships within the industry. Proven track record of utilizing networks to generate leads, partnerships, and to enhance brand visibility. 


This role also requires you to build teams across India and travel frequently to various cities to lead teams, meet with clients, and engage with stakeholders like IPCs, Independent brokers and partners.
