Responsibility :
- Analyze employee pulse through surveys and feedback platforms, such as Glassdoor.
- Design and manage an employee engagement calendar, including workshops, connect sessions.
- Build and drive communities of practice such as book club, CSR, wellbeing clubs etc.
- Manage internal communication strategies and ensure alignment across all locations and teams.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of employee events, including team-building activities, celebrations, workshops.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of events.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
- Logistics & Coordination: Oversee all event logistics, from venue selection and catering to transportation and technology needs.
- Communication & Promotion: Develop event communication strategies and materials to inform employees and encourage participation.
- Feedback & Evaluation: Gather post-event feedback from employees to assess event effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with organizational priorities and employee well-being initiatives.
Requirements :
- Previous Experience: Prior 3-4 years of experience in HR Employee Engagement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages are essential for effective customer engagement.
- Professionalism: Display a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and tact in all interactions, regardless of the situation.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- HR Processes-Experience with employee surveys, feedback systems, and engagement tools.
- Excellent execution and planning skills: Knowledge of current trends in employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Education Qualification- Bachelors in Arts or BBA.
