Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Team Member to join our team at BHIVE Workspace. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and converting inbound leads, including calls and inquiries, into successful client engagements. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can effectively understand client needs and articulate how BHIVE’s solutions can meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management: Promptly respond to and manage all inbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, tailor our offerings accordingly, and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of BHIVE’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- CRM Management: Accurately update and manage client information in the CRM system, tracking the progress of all inbound leads and ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction for all converted leads.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay feedback from inbound leads to internal teams to help refine our offerings and improve overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an inbound sales or pre-sales role, preferably in the flexible workspace, real estate, or commercial leasing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
