Program Manager – IT Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity & ERP Implementation

1.  Role Summary – BHIVE Group is looking for a Program Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver IT programs spanning infrastructure and network, cybersecurity, and ERP implementation. This is a program-management role, not a technical specialist role — the focus is on driving delivery, not building solutions hands-on. The successful candidate leads through people and process: orchestrating internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver programs on time, within budget, and in line with BHIVE’s IT policies, SOPs and governance standards.

A working understanding of the IT domains involved is sufficient — enough to converse credibly with technical teams and vendors, ask the right questions, and make informed prioritisation and risk decisions. Deep, hands-on expertise in networking, security or ERP configuration is not required; strong program-management discipline is.

2.  Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of IT programs across infrastructure, network, cybersecurity and ERP — defining scope, schedule, budget, resourcing and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain integrated program plans, milestones and roadmaps across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Drive execution to agreed timelines and budgets; proactively remove blockers and manage change requests through to sign-off.
  • Coordinate cutovers, go-lives and rollouts across BHIVE sites, ensuring readiness and clean hand-over to operations / support.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the single point of coordination between business owners (Finance, HR, Operations), internal IT teams, and external vendors / system integrators.
  • Manage vendor engagement — RFPs, SOWs, deliverables, SLAs and performance — and hold partners accountable to commitments.
  • Run steering committees and status reviews; communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Risk, Budget & Reporting

  • Maintain RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive timely mitigation and escalation.
  • Track program budgets and spend against approved plans; flag variances early and support forecasting.
  • Produce dashboards and reports on program health, KPIs and milestones for the SVP – IT and leadership.

Governance, Policies & Documentation

  • Develop, maintain and enforce IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation across programs.
  • Establish and run governance routines — change management, access reviews, asset and license/subscription governance, and vendor governance.
  • Maintain an audit-ready documentation repository (SharePoint) and support internal and external audits and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure every program adheres to security and governance controls from initiation through closure.

3.  Program Management Skills & Competencies

  • Planning:  Planning & scheduling — building realistic plans, critical-path and dependency management across parallel workstreams.
  • Stakeholders:  Stakeholder management — aligning cross-functional teams, managing expectations and communicating with clarity at all levels.
  • Vendors:  Vendor & contract management — RFPs, SOWs, negotiations, SLAs and holding partners to account.
  • Risk:  Risk & issue management — identifying, quantifying, escalating and mitigating risks before they impact delivery.
  • Budget:  Budget & financial tracking — cost control, forecasting and variance management.
  • Governance:  Governance & documentation — policies, SOPs, audit readiness and disciplined record-keeping.
  • Methods:  Methodologies & tools — Waterfall / Agile / hybrid delivery; fluency with project-tracking, reporting and collaboration tools.
  • Leadership:  Communication & leadership — steering committees, status reporting, and influencing without authority.

4.  Required Qualifications

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT / Engineering / Management preferred).
  • Experience:  5+ years in program / project management, ideally delivering IT or technology-enabled programs.
  • Delivery:  Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
  • IT knowledge:  Working (not expert) understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and ERP concepts — enough to lead technical teams and vendors effectively.
  • Governance:  Experience authoring policies, SOPs and governance documentation; comfortable in audit and compliance environments.
  • Soft skills:  Excellent communication, coordination, stakeholder-management and documentation skills.

5.  Preferred / Good to Have

  • Program / project management certification — PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile / Scrum (CSM, PSM).
  • Exposure to ITIL, or governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, in a coordination capacity.
  • Familiarity with ZOHO, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and project-tracking tools.
  • Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or multi-site / high-growth environments.
