Position Title: Program Manager

Overview: The Program Manager plays a pivotal role within BHIVE’s central management team, directly reporting to the CEO. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple real estate development projects, internal issue resolution, improvement initiatives, and innovation programs. Additionally, the Program Manager is tasked with driving metrics-driven reporting and reviewing regular business operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What you’ll do (Key deliverables)

  • Key Objectives and Goals:
  • Efficiently track and manage various real estate development projects.
  • Facilitate internal issue resolution and drive improvement and innovation programs.
  • Implement metrics-driven reporting mechanisms to monitor the progress of projects and programs.
  • Keep the CEO informed about the status of projects and programs across the organization’s 27+ centres.
  • Tasks and Activities:
  • Day Job:
  • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve internal issues and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of ongoing projects and programs.
  • Generate regular reports for the CEO, providing insights into project and program performance.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders involved in various projects and programs.
  • Decision-Making Authority:
  • Helps the CEO make strategic decisions related to project prioritization, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
  • Seek approval from the CEO for major project changes, budget adjustments, or strategic shifts.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, executive team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain open communication channels with project teams and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • PMP Certification will be added advantage
