Job Overview:
The Market Research Specialist will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive the creation and expansion of BHIVE’s Real Estate (RE) content platform, enhance brand visibility, and support the marketing efforts for the brand. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, brand strategy, and the ability to translate research findings into impactful strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1)RE Content Creation
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
Analyze competitor strategies, market demands, and customer preferences to support the development and growth of BHIVE’s RE content platform
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies for content expansion.
2)BHIVE Brand Building
Develop and implement market research strategies to assess brand positioning and awareness.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the BHIVE brand in the market, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
Work closely with the marketing team to refine brand messaging, identity, and promotional activities based on research findings.
3)Personal Branding for Shesh
Conduct research to identify opportunities for Shesh’s personal branding within the industry and beyond.
Analyze public perceptions, media coverage, and social media presence to craft a strategic personal branding plan.
Collaborate with content creators and PR teams to develop and execute a personal branding strategy that highlights Shesh’s thought leadership and contributions to the industry.
4)Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
Create comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
5)Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and leadership, to ensure research findings are integrated into strategic planning.
Act as a key point of contact for market research activities related to RE content creation, brand building, and personal branding.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in market research, brand strategy, or a related role, preferably within the real estate or marketing industry.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in market research tools and methodologies.
