Job Summary: BHIVE is looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Copywriter to lead the development of compelling, conversion-driven content across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate must currently be working in a pure copywriting role and possess strong expertise in crafting impactful brand messaging, campaign narratives, and performance focused communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, emails, social media, ads, brochures, and other marketing assets.
- Create campaign concepts, taglines, brand messaging frameworks, and storytelling narratives.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Write high-converting copy for paid media and performance marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints.
- Review, edit, and enhance content created by internal teams or external agencies.
- Conduct audience and competitor research to create relevant and impactful messaging.
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
Requirements: - 6+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a dedicated copywriting role (mandatory).
- Current role should primarily involve copywriting responsibilities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign copy, digital marketing assets, ad copy, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience working with marketing, branding, and performance teams.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and conversion goals.
Preferred: - Experience in real estate, coworking, hospitality, lifestyle, D2C, or consumer brands.
- Exposure to AI-assisted content creation tools especially Claude.
- Experience managing internal stakeholders.
Collaboration and communication: Proactive monitoring and collaboration with team members and internal departments are necessary to guarantee seamless operations at the Centre.
