Overview: We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and strategic Senior Manager – Brand and Content to lead BHIVE’s brand storytelling. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. Someone who can turn a business goal into a powerful brand message and bring it alive across content, video, social, PR, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the content, social media, and design teams to create high-quality, high performing creative assets
- Drive our content strategy across formats: blogs, emailers, social posts, video scripts, brand campaigns, and internal decks
- Collaborate with the PR agency and events team to align messaging across all external touch points
- Oversee brand tone and consistency across platforms, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
- Support internal brand storytelling (culture, internal communication, leadership messaging)
- Work closely with product, growth, and community teams to align messaging with business goals
Requirements:
- 7–10 years in content marketing, brand strategy, or marketing communication
- MBA (mandatory) from a reputed institute
- Experience leading content/creative/social teams or working in a high-growth brand environment is mandatory
- Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with creative agencies, PR firms, or in-house design/video teams
