Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Role Summary : 

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic professional who is passionate about building engaging brands and driving market growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B industry, demonstrating expertise in developing effective marketing strategies and executing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Deliverables :

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share within the F&B industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns, integrating digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions and strategic planning.
  • Manage social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing efforts to engage audiences and build community.
  • Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand experience and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience in the Food & Beverage industry (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software, content management systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) will be a plus.
