Lead - Private Wealth Capital Raising

Job Summary: The Lead – Private Wealth Capital Raising will be responsible for building and scaling private wealth fundraising channels by developing relationships with wealth management platforms, private banks, small family offices, HNI/UHNIto mobilize capital for various real estate investment opportunities.
This role will work closely with the Finance Head / Investments leadership and cross-functional teams (Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, and CEO office) to structure, position, and execute fundraising across multiple products and structures such as asset backed investments, franchise investments, NCDs, CCDs and equity. The role is expected to lead high-value transactions and partner engagements through existing network and influence. This is a client-facing role requiring regular meetings, partner visits, and periodic investor events.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Raising

    • Lead end-to-end fund raising discussions with HNI & Ultra HNIs and small family offices
    • Support structuring, positioning and packaging of investment products across multiple products and structures such as asset backed investments, franchise investments, NCDs, CCDs and equity
    • Partner with Legal/Compliance and investments team for seamless execution and documentation of fund raise transactions

    Wealth Platforms & Distribution Partnerships

      • Build and manage relationships with wealth management platforms, private banks, and other non-institutional distribution partners
      • Identify and onboard new platform partners, negotiate commercial terms and engagement models
      • Create and manage an active pipeline of platform opportunities, conversions, and ongoing partner performance
      • Act as a senior representative for the organization in partner and investor conversations, including complex deal discussions

      Investor Communication and Relationship Management

        • Oversee and manage consistent and transparent communication with current and prospective investors.
        • Work with Investor Relations to support:
          o Ongoing reporting packs and performance dashboards (monthly payout communication and updates)
          o Response to investor and partner queries with clear, consistent information
        • Plan and execute investor relations events, including regularmeetings, webinars, investor conferences, and one-on-one investor calls

        Portfolio & Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking

          • Conduct in-depth analysis and profiling of the investor base to understand key investor demographics and behaviour
          • Track competitor fundraising practices and product structures in:
            ➢ Alternative investments / real estate yield products
            ➢ Private wealth distribution models
          • Provide insights to leadership on market terms, pricing, structures, and platform expectations to improve product-market fit
            Qualifications and Skills:
          • Education: MBA / CFA (preferred); Strong candidates from private wealth/alternatives distribution without CFA/MBA may also be considered.
          • Experience: 8–12 years of experience in private wealth fundraising, wealth platform partnerships, distribution, family office relationships, or alternatives fundraising
          • Industry Preference: Wealth Management / Private Banking / Alternates distribution / Real estate yield products (preferred)
          • Technical Skills:
            ➢ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
            ➢ Comfortable in meeting investors in and outside office as well as organizing investor get together events and networking sessions
            ➢ Comfortable in discussing product structures, risk/return, and term sheets with sophisticated investors
            ➢ PowerPoint skills for preparing partner pitches, product notes, and performance narratives
            ➢ High attention to process discipline, documentation and compliance alignment

          • Execution oriented and ownership mindset
          • Strong credibility and maturity in senior external stakeholder conversations
