Role Overview: We’re looking for a Assistant Manager – Social Media who can own BHIVE’s social presence end-to-end from strategy to execution to on ground content. You will plan, write, publish, and optimise content across platforms, coordinate with design and video teams, and drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, followers, and inbound leads. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative thinking, platform expertise, and camera confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own BHIVE’s social media channels across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X).
- Build and execute platform-specific social media strategies. This involves a hands-on knowledge of content publishing & boosting across channels.
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand and business goals.
- Write strong, platform-native content extending across posts, carousels, reels, stories, and announcements etc.
- Conceptualize content ideas including reels, shorts, testimonials, and event-led content
- Brief the Creative and Production teams with clear directions (hook, format, references, captions, CTA, deadlines).
- Coordinate daily posting, community management, and comment/DM hygiene with quick, brandsafe responses.
- Track performance weekly: reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, saves, shares, video retention, clicks, leads.
- Improve content performance through iteration: hooks, thumbnails, formats, captions, posting time, and distribution tactics.
- Manage campaigns on social organically (product launches, center launches, events, offers, partnerships).
- Work with Performance Marketing to align messaging, creatives, landing pages, UTMs, and reporting.
- Maintain brand voice and guardrails across all social touchpoints.
- Spot trends early and translate them into BHIVE-relevant content (without forcing it).
- Capture and create real-time content during events, launches, and community moments. Identify and execute on-ground storytelling opportunities
