Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive L&D Specialist with 7-9 years’ experience to support best in class Learning experience. The ideal candidate will be a specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Key Deliverables:
- Oversee the complete lifecycle management of training programs, encompassing meticulous planning, scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
- Discussions with Heads of Departments to ascertain the necessary training sessions that need to be organized.
- Delivering a series of self-developed training modules, encompassing a wide range of employees.
- Create instructional content.
- Oversee and assess training advancement via surveys and dialogues with supervisors, ensuring comprehensive monitoring.
- Supervising and administering the BHIVE official Learning Platform-Manage and own the learning management system, its usage, reporting and maximize user learning.
- Design and structure e-learning courses, career plans, workshops.
- Competency framework & implementation
- Vendor Management & Learning budget, Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Training related dashboards and MIS
- Assess the impact of training on employee performance
- Liaise with external partners as needed for technical trainings
- Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session
- Adept with Instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Training calendar and vendor management
- Budget Management: Manage the training development budget, ensuring all programs are cost-effective and deliver high value.

- Should be adept at identifying challenges, finding innovative solutions, and adapting training approaches to changing organizational needs.
- Deliver impactful training sessions with strong presentation skills, including public speaking, using visual aids effectively, and engaging participants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
