Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
● Identify and target potential retail clients, including startups, established brands, and
franchise businesses.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
Retail Space Leasing & Negotiations:
● Manage the end-to-end leasing process for Bhive retail spaces.
● Negotiate rental terms, conditions, and agreements with prospective tenants.
Market Research & Strategy:
● Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities in the
retail space sector.
● Develop and implement growth strategies to expand Bhive’s retail footprint.
Stakeholder Management:
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to
ensure a seamless onboarding process for retail clients.
● Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and build long-term client
relationships.
Reporting & Performance Metrics:
● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for the retail segment.
● Monitor and evaluate business development efforts, ensuring alignment with
company goals.
