Responsibility:
Performance Management:
- Support and drive the performance management process, ensuring regular performance reviews and feedback sessions are conducted.
- Collaborate with Talent Management head to set performance goals, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive the performance management charter continuously.
Succession Planning & Retention:
- Support the Identification of high-potential employees and succession plans for key leadership roles.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction, including recognition and reward programs.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze talent management data (e.g., turnover rates, training effectiveness) and present insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent management and ensure the alignment with organizational objectives.
Career Development:
- Design and develop growth paths and competency framework for different job families.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and trends to continuously improve talent management strategies.

Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Prior 5-7 years of experience in Performance Management & Retention Cycle.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages are essential for effective customer engagement.
- Professionalism: Display a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and tact in all interactions, regardless of the situation.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- HR Processes-Experience with employee surveys, feedback systems, and engagement tools, labor laws. Succession Planning & Career Pathing.
- Excellent execution and planning skills: Knowledge of current trends in talent development and workplace culture.
