We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (Projects) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within our organization, ensuring they are planned, executed, and completed successfully. The Program Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, team leads, and executives, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-project activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks across projects.
- Ensure resources are allocated appropriately across various projects.
- Present regular updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Resolve issues and conflicts within and across projects.
- Implement and adhere to best practices in project management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
