We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to bring our architectural and interior design concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, lighting, and materiality, with the ability to translate design briefs into compelling visual stories that communicate our brand’s essence of productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for interior and
  architectural projects across multiple BHIVE locations.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design
  intent and create realistic, accurate visualizations.
• Translate 2D layouts, sketches, and mood boards into detailed and photorealistic 3D
  scenes.
• Work with textures, materials, lighting, and composition to achieve design excellence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining
  visual consistency with BHIVE’s brand identity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new tools for 3D rendering and visualization
