About the Function
BHIVE operates 30+ workspace centres across Bengaluru and Mumbai. Alongside the core workspace business, the On Demand & Services function runs multiple revenue streams: meeting rooms, F&B, parking, hot desk, day pass, event space, and virtual office.
Each stream has its own demand pattern, pricing logic, inventory management, and customer profile. Collectively they form one of the fastest-growing parts of the business, and the function is at a stage where structure, measurement, and disciplined execution will determine how quickly it scales.
About the Role
The Growth Associate will support the performance management and growth agenda across all such revenue streams. The role has two core dimensions: establishing reliable visibility over performance and using that visibility to identify and act on growth opportunities. It is a hybrid role that combines analytical rigour with operational execution. A typical week will involve building and reviewing data, working with centre teams on ground-level execution, and collaborating with Product, Technology, and Finance to deliver on function priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance reporting
- Own the weekly and monthly ODS performance reporting cycle. Consolidate data from multiple systems, reconcile discrepancies, and publish on a committed cadence. These reports are reviewed by senior leadership, so accuracy and timeliness are essential.
2. Business analytics
- Track utilisation, yield, realisation, and conversion across streams and centres. Develop the analysis that explains movement in the numbers, and identify revenue leakage, billing gaps, and underutilised inventory before they affect the P&L.
3. Growth initiatives
- Design and execute pricing tests, bundles, offers, and demand-generation initiatives. Define the hypothesis and success metric upfront, coordinate the launch, evaluate the outcome objectively, and recommend whether to scale or discontinue.
4. Cross-functional coordination
- Work with Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to deliver ODS priorities. Translate business requirements into inputs the technology team can act on and follow through to release.
5. Centre partnership
- Engage centre and community teams to improve adoption of ODS products, close execution gaps, and bring on-ground insight back into planning.
5. Market intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing and product developments and contribute structured input into how each stream should evolve.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in growth, business operations or revenue operations, preferable from the same industry.
- Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets, including pivots, lookups, conditional logic, and the ability to build a model independently
- Willingness to take ownership of a target and report against it consistently, including when performance is below plan
- Structured problem-solving ability, with recommendations supported by evidence
- Clear written communication, as a significant portion of the output is documentation reviewed by senior stakeholders
Preferred
- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Superset, Metabase, or Power BI
- Experience designing or running pricing and promotional experiments
- Comfort using AI tools for analysis, documentation, and workflow automation
