This position boosts brand visibility and loyalty, leading to an expanded customer base and repeat business. Operational efficiencies introduced by the specialist ensure a more effective allocation of marketing budgets, maximizing ROI. The adoption of innovative marketing technologies and the ability to adapt quickly to market trends give BHIVE a competitive edge, further contributing to revenue. 

What you’ll do (Key deliverables)  

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance company awareness. 
    2. Support the marketing team with guidance and feedback. 
    3. Create engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert target audiences. 
    4. Analyze market trends and monitor competitors to identify opportunities. 
    5. Manage social media marketing strategies and content marketing initiatives. 
    6. Assist in planning and executing campaigns for corporate promotion and new product launches. 
    7. Monitor project progress and report on performance. 
    8. Produce content for the company’s online presence and assist in the design and organization of company publications. 
    9. Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitor marketing efforts. 
    10. Manage budgets and allocate resources among projects efficiently. 
    11. Liaise with external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients, and build strategic partnerships. 
     

Minimum qualifications/ Experience: 

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing business administration, master’s degree.  
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in proven track record in Marketing Operations, or a related field.  
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.  
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in the job market, industry trends, and organizational needs.
