Role: Sales Lead (Mumbai) 

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra 

Experience Range: 8 to 12 years of demonstrated success in sales within the commercial real estate Industry, EXPERIENCE IN OFFICE SPACE LEASING IN AN IPC IS A MUST. 

Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Role Summary: 
A Sales Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling managed office, workspace, solutions to businesses and organizations. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their workspace needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The goal is to establish long-term partnerships with clients seeking flexible, well-managed office spaces.

Key Deliverables: 
 
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
 
– Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals. 
 
– Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities. 
 
Client Consultation:
 
– Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential clients to understand their workspace requirements, including office size, location, amenities, and lease terms. 
 
– Provide information about the benefits of managed office solutions. 
 
Solution Presentation: 
 
– Customize and present managed office solutions that align with the client’s needs and preferences. 
 
– Address client questions and objections effectively. 
 
Proposal Development: 
 
– Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing, terms, and contract terms. 
 
– Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the feasibility and availability of office spaces. 
 
Negotiation and Closing: 
 
– Engage in negotiation discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements. 
 
– Close deals and secure signed contracts. 

Account Management: 
 
– Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. 
 
– Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. 
 
Market Analysis: 
 
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. 
 
– Adjust sales strategies as needed to remain competitive. 
 
Reporting and Documentation: 
 
– Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in a CRM system. 
 
– Generate regular sales reports for management. 
 
Collaboration:
 
– Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop marketing materials, promotions, and strategies to attract new clients. 
 
– Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
