A Senior Executive – HR Analytics and Project Management plays a critical role in leveraging data-driven insights to improve HR processes and aligning project outcomes with organizational goals. This role combines analytical skills, strategic planning, and project management expertise to optimize workforce performance, enhance employee engagement, and drive HR transformation initiatives.
- HR Technology ,Data and Project Management:
- Conduct regular checks and updates to ensure data integrity, minimizing errors and discrepancies within the system.
- Lead and facilitate HR technology advancements and best practices.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to enhance HR Tech processes.
- Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and data conversions. Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- HR Analytics
- Develop comprehensive dashboards & communication plans.
- Supporting all COEs with their dashboards and reports.
- Design and roll out regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and implement feedback.
- Utilize HR analytics to track key people metrics and drive data-driven insights.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.

- Previous Experience: Prior 4-6 years of experience in HR analytics, technology and program management.
- Professionalism: Display a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and tact in all interactions, regardless of the situation.
- HR Technology: Strong technical knowledge and experience with HRIS systems.
- Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
